To establish a lease agreement of approximately 4200m2 - 5720m² of rentable land with building structures with total floor space of 600m2 – 1350m² which will be used for Office space with a minimum of 14 Open or Covered parking bays for vehicles, the property is to be located within a 1.5km radius from the current site based at ERFs 167/169, Blenheim Street, Riebeeckstad which is currently used as Duiker CNC, for a period of 36 months from 1 April 2023 and not extending beyond 31 March 2026.
