To establish a Lease for approximately 1625m2 – 4200m2 of land with building structures with total floor space of 650m2 – 970m2 which will be used as a CNC providing for Office space and 12 Open or Covered parking bays for vehicles, the leased property should be within a 1.5km radius from the current site based at ERF 9069 -18 Thirteenth Street, Voorspoed, Welkom, for a period of 36 months from 1 April 2023 and not extending beyond 31 March 2026.
