Conditions

It is a bid condition that only locally produced goods, service or works or locally manufactured goods with a stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content will be considered (refer to SBD 6,2 of the bid document). Tender that fail to meet the local production and content requirement will be disqualified. Only Contractors registered on ECDP Phase 3 under eThekwini Region are eligible to bid. closing date for payment and collection of tender document: 16 September 2022 Mandatory Criteria: Tenders who do not comply with mandatory requirements at close of tender as stipulated in the bid document will be disqualified.
