Conditions

1. An authorised representative of the tendering entity or a representative of a tenderering entity that intends to form a Joint Venture (JV) must attend the compulsory clarification meeting. 2. Tenderers should have a CIDB Contractor grading of 7EP or higher. 3. Only a tenderer with a minimum B-BBEE Status Level 3 Contributor are eligible to submit a tender offer. 4. Only those Tenderers who commits to subcontracting a minimum of 30% to EME or QSE owned by black people 5.
