Conditions

1) Sealed packages must be deposited during office hours between 07:30 and 16:00 in the Tender Deposit Box located at Metrorail, Propnet Building, 6th Floor, Room 622A, No. 1 Adderley Street, Cape Town. The following requirements to be noted: 1) Bidders will be given 15 minutes grace time when attending the compulsory briefing session, thereafter the door to the venue will be closed. 2) PRASA is not responsible if bidders arrived at the wrong venue which results in them being late for the briefing session. 3) Only one (1) representative per company will be allowed. 4) Bidders to ensure that they bring with them their tender document, when attending the compulsory briefing session.
