Bidders must use the exchange rate published by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) at 12:00 on 05 November 2022. 6. A Pre-Qualification Criteria is applicable to this Tender. Tenderers are required to be a registered CIDB 3 EP or 3 EB or higher Contractor and must provide three (3) suitable references to similar completed projects for the tender to be further evaluated in terms of the preference point’s system.
