Prequalifying Criteria: • Entities who are Level 1 contributors to B-BBEE and • Sub-Contracting a minimum of 30% of the contract to:- i. an EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people; or v. an EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people living in rural or underdeveloped areas or townships; or vi. a cooperative which is at least 51% owned by black people; or vii. an EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people who are military veterans; as per the provisions of section 4(1) (a) and (c) of the PPPFA Regulations, 2017. Any tenderer that fails to meet the Prequalifying Criteria will not be considered.
