1. Estimated CIDB grading: 1GB or Higher. 2. Only bidders who meet the required minimum threshold for local content and production of 100% for Cement and Steel related products will be considered 3. The project will be evaluated for functionality were bidders will have to obtain a minimum points of 60 points to be further considered as per below functionality criteria which is further elaborated in the bid document: Key personnel knowledge=50; Company’s Experience=30; Bank rating=20: Total=100.
