Conditions

Only tenderers who can demonstrate their proposed businesses will be suitable for the current business environment and current property elements will be eligible to tender. Financial viability must be clearly shown in the proposed business plan. Tenderers must be represented at the site visit/clarification meeting by a person who is suitably qualified and experienced to comprehend the implications of the work involved. The representative must be an official or employee of the Tenderer. No representative at the meeting may represent more than one Tenderer.
