Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of the tender are contained in the tender document. Under no circumstances may the bid document be retyped or redrafted and only bid submitted on the tender document issued by the Department will be accepted. Tender documents may be downloaded or purchased and collected prior to the starting time of the briefing meeting. Bidders are to login Microsoft teams app 15 minutes before the start of the meeting. The Department will not be held accountable for any network errors bidders may encounter before, during or after the meeting. No late arrivals will be allowed inside the briefing venue and nor be accepted to join the virtual meeting.
