Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment for the tender are contained in the tender document. Under no circumstances may the bid document be retyped only bids submitted on the tender document issued by the Department will be accepted. Tender documents must be downloaded or purchased & collected prior to the starting time of briefing meeting. Bidders may connect and be part of the meeting using the login details provided on the tender document. The Department will not be held accountable for network errors before, during and after the meeting. Bidders are to log in 15 minutes before the starting of the minutes. no late arrivals will be accepted to the briefing meeting or accepted to the virtual meeting.
