Conditions

1. Specifically, a current and valid Letter of Good Standing from the Department of Employment and Labour or letter to tender from Compensation Fund must be submitted as part of the Bid Proposal documents. 2. Bids submitted must be in line with the detailed specification. Failure to bid accordingly will result in the disqualification of the bids. 3. Letter to Tender from the Department of Employment and Labour submitted must be issued for the bid under consideration to the respective company, be addressed to the NPA signed by relevant authority and with a date stamp from Department of Employment and Labour. Failure to comply will lead to disqualification of the bid.
