MANDATORY DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED • Proof of registration with CIPC (CK) • A certified copy of the company registration certificate with PSIRA • A certified copy of the company directors’ registration with PSIRA • Audit Inspection Report from PSIRA • Certified copies of identity documents of the company directors • A valid certified copy of a COID letter of good standing • A valid certified copy of a UIF letter of good standing • An organisational profile • Copies of employees’ payslips and company payroll • A comprehensive project implementation plan • Basic salary of a security guard must be paid according to PSIRA rates
