Conditions

It is estimated that tenderers must have a CIDB contractor grading 4 GB / 3 GBPE or higher. Only tenderers who comply with the following are eligible to submit tenders: • Have the required and valid CIDB grading stated. • Achieved the minimum score for Functionality. • Tenderer is not listed in the Register of Tender Defaulters and prohibited from doing business with the public sector. • The tenderer has not abused the Employer’s supply chain management system. • The tenderer has not failed to perform on any previous contract with the employer. Tenderers are required to score a minimum of 17 points (70%) out of a possible 24 points in order to qualify for the tender.
