Bidders must fully complete and Sign the Bidder Disclosure form SBD 4. 5. Bidders must accept ACSA’s Terms and Conditions PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO TENDERERS WHO SATISFY THE PRESCRIBED OBJECTIVE CRITERIA (REFER T1.2 TENDER DATA – C.3.11, EVALUATION STAGE 5).
