THE SERVICE PROVIDER MUST BE PSIRA REGISTERED. ALL SECURITY GUARDS (ARMED AND UNARMED) MUST BE AT LEAST GRADE C PSIRA REGISTERED. FUNCTIONALITY CITERIA WILL BE APPLIED WHERE BIDDERS MUST SCORE A MINIMUM OF 70% TO QUALIFY FOR FURTHER EVALUATION ON PRICE AND SPECIFIC GOALS. THE BID WILL BE EVALUATED IN TERMS OF THE 90/10 PREFERENCE POINT SYSTEM.
