The physical address for collection of bid documents is: 1st floor, Department of Agriculture Land Reform and Rural Development Offices, 270 Jabu Ndlovu Street, Pietermaritzburg. Documents may be collected during working hours as from 15h00 on 06 February 2024 thereafter, between 08.00- 12.30 and 13.15 to 15.30, Monday to Friday, except public holidays. The bid document can be downloaded for free and will be uploaded on the Departmental website and National Treasury E-portal. A non-refundable bid deposit of R100 per document as scheduled above is payable to the following bank account and is required on collection of the bid document/s in case a bid document is collected from the Department (these are the printing costs).
