Tender to be awarded to the highest scoring acceptance tender. Points will be allocated for: (a) Price and Preference points scoring system applicable is 90/10: according to preferential procurement regulation PPR 2022 (b) A tenderer complies with specif goals for Preferential Procurement as stated on the tender document that: A tenderer located (Local, District, Municipality, Metro or Province). And the objective criteria: Bidders may form a consortium to make up for the required space of 1322.50 and 250 parking bays (open and undercover) for a period of 3 to 5 years.
