NB: Bidders must be registered on National Treasury Supplier Database (CSD) 1. NB: Functionality Criteria: 1. Service Provider to attach a list of related Quantity surveying professional services projects with valid reference letters or completion letters(not letters of appointment) to substantiate project experience 30 points 2. Human Resources: Experience of the registered Professional Quantity Surveying as provided in C1.2 30 points 3. The Service provider must have the necessary systems or infrastructure and technology to execute the contract 25 points. 4. Financial Credibility: Service provider should provide a bank rating letter from the bank which is not older than 3 months 15 points.
