Note: the successful tenderer shall be required to appoint a Nominated Subcontractor that will be nominated by SANRAL, for the Design Build Operations and Maintenance of the Toll System for this project. Only Tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and meet the minimum requirements for Tenderer’s relevant experience as stipulated in clause C.2.1 at the tender closing date, are eligible to tender.
