Conditions

All prospective bidders must attend a compulsory briefing/information session. Failure to attend will invalidate a bidder’s offer. Bidders must be at the venue at 10h00. The doors of the meeting venue will be locked, and late bidders will be excluded. No excuses will be accepted for arriving late at the venue. No compulsory site inspection is scheduled, due to the distances between the institutions that form part of the contract. Any service provider wishing to visit any institution for a site inspection, should do so in their own time.
