Conditions

It is estimated that tenderers must have a CIDB contractor grading 6 GB or higher. b) Contractors registered as potentially emerging enterprises with the CIDB who are registered in one contractor grading designation lower than that required in terms of a) and who satisfy the criteria listed in the Tender Data (i.e. 5GBPE) and c) Joint ventures are eligible to submit tenders provided that: i) every member of the joint venture is registered with the CIDB ii) the lead partner has a contractor grading designation in the 6 GB class of the construction work
