Bidders should be registered with CIDB grading or higher, as indicated above. Joint Ventures of the respectively required CIDB grading above, who satisfy the criteria stated in the bid data, are also eligible to bid. The Supply Chain Management Policy will apply and bids will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 points system as set out in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) read with PPPF Regulation 2022.
