Eligibility Criteria: 1.Mining Licence from Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE) 2.Recent test results of mine (quarry) of the required material OR Mining Licence and test results of supplier with consent letter Bidders with non-compliant of the above eligibility criteria will be disqualified and not evaluated further SPECIFIC GOALS: EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by Black People as per the following targeting strategy on this bid Women = 6 Points Local Business within Elundini Geographic Area = 2 Points Black owned = 12 Points Bidder that fail to submit proof of specific goals as stipulated above will not be allocated points
