An enabling agreement in order to establish a contract for the Provision of Large Power User Meter Reading, Check Reading, Disconnections, Reconnections for SPU customers and Large Power User customers, SPU Hard Disconnections/Reconnections and Meter Change Out Services for Various Areas in Kwa-Zulu Natal, Central East Cluster (on an as when required basis), in order to advance EME & QSE Level 1&2 Suppliers only for a period of 36 months.
