Only those tenderers who satisfy the following eligibility criteria are eligible to submit tenders: Stage One - Eligibility Criteria: Attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting; Stage Two - Pre-qualification criteria: Only EME’s or QSE’s with a stipulated minimum B-BBEE status level 2 contributor.
