The Goods are to be produced / supplied in accordance with the Specifications TE-IMS-PEMM P&E KDS-SPC-190 and TE-IMS-PEMM P&E KDS-SPEC-188 issued herewith as Annexure C. Therefore, a respondent must comply one hundred percent (100%) with the specifications for the Goods as set out in Annexure C by completing the Specification compliance matrix and signing of the specification document on all pages of the specifications. Failure to quote on all Products (each line item) per region of choice will translate into non-compliance to the pricing schedule and result in disqualification. Failure of the Bidder to comply hereto will result in disqualification of the bid.
