Only those tenderers who satisfy the following eligibility criteria are eligible to submit tenders: Stage One - Eligibility Criteria: Attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting; Stage Two - Pre-qualification criteria: Tenderer with a stipulated minimum B-BBEE status level 4 contributor. Stage Three – Eligibility Criteria for Local Production and Content Stage four - Construction Industry Development Board with a 7ME or higher class of construction work; Stage Five – Functionality - minimum 60 points Refer to T1.2 TENDER DATA for the details of the above eligibility criteria.
